Dans ce projet, nous visons à moduler la réponse immunitaire in situ utilisant de nanoparticules (NP) chargées en agonistes du TLR ou en oxaliplatine en monothérapie ou en combinaison avec les ICI pour le traitement des métastases péritonéales colorectales administrées en IP. Nous visons à caractériser le contexte immunitaire des métastases colorectales, à analyser la toxicité, la biodistribution et l'efficacité anticancéreuse des NP sélectionnées.

Title: INTRAPERITONEAL IMMUNE MODULATION FOR COLORECTAL PERITONEAL METASTASES
In this project we hypothesize that in situ immune modulation using IP administration of TLR agonists using nanoparticle (NP) or oxaliplatin loaded NP formulations may be an effective treatment of colorectal PM, either as a single agent or in combination with ICIs. We aim to characterize the immune contexture of colorectal PM, to analyse toxicity, biodistribution, and anticancer efficacy of the selected NPs.
