Thème de recherche
Dr. Lollo's research is centered on translational projects aimed at creating innovative nanomedicines to address complex medical needs. Her work employs a multidisciplinary approach for the development and physico-chemical characterization of drug delivery nanosystems. The challenge is to overcome biological barriers and to reach the target while minimizing side effects. The efficacy of this strategy has been demonstrated in different therapeutic areas as auto-immune diseases, oncology and more recently muscular diseases.
