• Microfluidizer LM20 Processor is designed for the high-performance micromixing of emulsions and dispersions in a variety of industries.  It achieves size reduction/disruption performance at lower process pressure.

• 2  parameters allow size reduction :

–         Impact – collision: occurring when the high velocity product stream impinges upon itself.

–         High shear rates: deformation of the product stream; occurring from contact with channel walls at high velocity.

• Maximum pressure: 2050 bars – 30 000 psi.
• Minimum volume : 14mL
