Abstract :
NanoNeb project aims at developing a novel therapeutic approach based on nanomedicines for the treatment of peritoneal carcinomatosis (Patent : G. Lollo, JP. Benoit, Brachet M. EP18306201.7 / WO2020053445A1). The pre-clinical evalution of the developed nanosystems will be carried out to 1-define the mechanism of action of new nanosystems 2-study the therapeutic activity in different animal models 3-scale up of the formulation usign microfluidic approach 4-evaluate their toxicological profile.
